| Cow Parade It's A Smooll World. It's A Smooll World stands 4.5'' tall and is made of ceramic. Location: Eleanor Tinsley Park: Allen Parkway at Buffalo Bayou, Houston Artist: Maureen Seba Sponsor: Transwestern Commerical Services It?s not such a small world after all, because she is truly a work of art. The artist worked with the sponsor on the design concept, which was using children's hands on the cow, as if they are reaching to touch the world. The artist hopes that the colorful stains of the handprints remind children of themselves so they may feel uninhibited and explore all continents, making the world seem familiar and truly small. It?s a wonderful feel good cow! |
